DESCRIPTION:The Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) celebrates World Asthma Day 2025 with the theme of “Make Inhaled Treatments Accessible for ALL”. GINA emphasizes the need to ensure that people with asthma can access inhaled medications that are essential both for controlling the underlying disease and treating attacks. \nOn World Asthma Day\, AAFA will host a press briefing at the U.S. Capitol and visit congressional offices to call attention to challenges faced by people with asthma and allergies.   \nWe will be asking Congress to take action on:   \n\nMore affordable asthma and allergy treatments \n\n\nBetter health care coverage \n\n\nReduced barriers to health care \n\n\nGuidelines\, regulations\, and oversight to support healthy spaces \n\n\nFederal investment in asthma and allergy programs and research
