Drug Assistance Program
Many pharmaceutical companies, state programs and nonprofits have drug assistance programs (PAPs) that offer free or low-cost medicines if you don’t have insurance or are underinsured and can’t afford your medicine.
Programs and program benefits vary. Depending on your insurance, income, and medicine, you may be eligible for help to reduce your medicine copay. You may qualify for free medicines if you do not have health insurance, do not have enough health insurance to cover your medicines, or meet certain criteria.
Below is a list of organizations and programs that may be able to help you cover the cost of your asthma medicines.
At this time, AAFA does not have any programs to provide funding for medicines.

- As of June 1, 2024, AstraZeneca has capped inhaler prices at $35 for people who are commercially insured or uninsured. This includes AIRSUPRA® and SYMBICORT®. Uninsured?
